Feeling as though you belong and learning to interpret the system that educates you or your child is paramount.  Our goal is to teach you how to, respectfully, advocate and build positive relationships with educators.

*TIERS 1, 2 & 3

Due process is a legal process used to resolve disputes between parents, students and school districts. 

If all efforts have been exhausted and due process is necessary, we can assist with preparation and filing.

*TIER 3

IEP's and 504's can be a lot to consume.  We meet with you to review these documents, step-by-step, to ensure full understanding of goals, objectives, modifications and accommodations.

*TIER 3

Meetings can be intimidating, and you may feel alone. Our advocates will provide support by attending meetings and helping to build your confidence as an equal partner to educators.

*TIERS 1, 2 & 3

Your input is as valuable as any other member of the meeting team.  We can help you craft an input statement to be considered for inclusion into the 504 and/or IEP.
